Black chicks! Ideas?

These are 3 week old BCMs, can you tell the gender with these? I think I have 3 roos and 2 hens.
1. mossy roo?

2. hen with small blackish comb?

3. roo?

Here are my babies from a mixed pen. I know the one is a Polish, 2 are Maran/Welsummer mix, 3 are EE mixes (2 blue eggs, 1 green) and 2 are barnyard mixes. Seems like all the roos were either a partridge colored EE, gorgeous blue/black Ameracauna or a black polish. Just curious for guesses what they might look like later on. Just for fun.

4. Polish mix

5. reddish brown face and black body. reddish feet and beak?

6. TINY all-black chick with black feet

7. EE mix. Came from a green egg.

8. The lone grey chick. Came from a regular brown egg.

Anyone have chicks look like these? What did they grow up to look like?

I'd say Roo, pullet, Roo on the BCM's.



I think the polish mix is a boy from the thick legs. (but I don't have polish, so my opinion might not be worth much - plus they can be tricky to sex)

#5 looks like it has a rose comb? If so, it's probably a gold laced wyandotte.
#6 could be a black sex link
#7 I would guess EE/BCM mix.

What breed did number 5 turn out to be? I got a few just like that in an assortment today and am wondering what they are!
