Your EEs will fill out a tad quicker than the cochins - eating wise. The EEs will never have the potential size of the cochins either.
I love my EE, but tend to process the EE cockerels first out of all the mixed boys. Unless you have an EE you are in love with, I would process them - let the cochins grow and then pick between the cochins when they reach 9 to 12 months of age (can take up to 18 months for a cochin, even hatchery to fill out totally).
