We have a year old Black Maran hen from a hatchery and there were 6 and one only is laying a light brown egg.Is it best to remove her from your flock if you raising chicks.

We intend to hatch chicks from them.If you're breeding them and care about the standard of perfection then yes.. she should be removed.. or at least just don't hatch from her eggs.. which should be easy enough, given the color difference described.
If your just talking about just raising chicks and not breeding then it's irrelevant what color egg she lays.
Knowing your goals would help give a better answer!
