Ok, here is where you choose the colour pattern of the parent birds:

After choosing the respective colour pattern of the parent birds, you click on the second button from the top on the right side : "To Chicken Calculator"

Then scroll a little downwards until you see the button "Calculate Crossing" and click on it.

.... and voilà: whatever cross you had preselected above will appear.
