I've heard of some horror stories with shipping, but what personal experience have you had with shipping chickens?

I have never shipped out chickens... so I have 0 experience with shipping. I have purchased chickens from different breeders and different ages.. I have only lost 2 chicks before out of 23 chickens total that have been shipped to me.
