Our Silkies don't... We had so many Silkie hatching issues when running at around 35%. That is why we upped the humidity. The Wyandottes do hatch no matter what you seem to do to them though! Why can't all breeds hatch like that?

Do these look like BCMarans chicks? The yellow down and feet have me worried.

The leg color should start changing after a few days if they are pure marans, on the down color, I honestly haven't had any Marans chick hatch with yellow fuzz, so don't know what to tell ya.
