Looks like a pullet to me, but also looks much older than 7 weeks

We hatched her or him in August ? Cannot remember the date I wrote it down somewhere but with my crazy house I have no ideal where it is.:/

My roos look like yours. Mine are 6 weeks.
Reddish tint to the comb and ears, comb is more pronounced...
Yep, I'd say roo.

This bird does not look like a pure Black Copper Marans, he/she looks like a mixed breed, possibly mixed with Ameraucana. I can't tell for the photo very well, does it have a straight comb or a pea comb? Get a close up of the comb and post. If still looks "pullet-ish" but usually you don't see the copper color on the shoulder area like that on a pullet. But it's a mix, so all beats are off.

Maybe a olive egger? Looks like it has a peacomb and some face fuzz but its hard to tell from the picture!

Ooh, I didn't catch that peacomb look on penny's post.

My chickens at about 4 weeks. Roo on the top and Pullet on bottom. The kids were so excited to take this picture. They got to pick the chickens pictured so the roo is not my best but oh well. these were taken 2 weeks ago and the roos combs are more defined and pinking up more now.

I was trying to do olive egger but I thought that egg was a maran only egg? I had six eggs in there when a hen went broody I just left everything under her to see what turned out.my hens are buffs,maran,cream chested leg bars with a maran rooster an I have one Easter egger? The egg this one hatched out of looked like a maran egg very dark brown?only two eggs hatched the other egg was the Easter egger hen so I know that one will be my olive egger.
