Good information. I was wondering this as well. I hadn't heard that discussed yet, so thank you. I have one boy who holds his wings very tight against his body they seem a little high very horizontal but not all the way up on his back or anything. He is a HUGE bird especially for his age and he is still growing. He is a BCM and he is gonna be larger than my largest mature Wheaten Marans who is close to the size of one of our biggest black Orpington. His wings just seem tight and small but maybe it is just because his body is so big..

they are about 4 months old, and I am sure, unfortuately. Guess we have major butchering coming up since I ended up with 2 surprise cuckoo marans roos as well and an extra australorp roo! I was so looking forward to having BCM eggs!

So excited! My first BCM eggs hatched Monday and Tuesday and have been moved to the brooder. Hubby isn't thrilled that I am hatching eggs in December/January but I just had to have more of those gorgeous eggs before summer's end. Prayin' for girls!
