Black Copper Marans Rooster Coloring

Wondering on the copper saddle coloring on a roo, does it come in more as he ages or what he has at 6 months is what he'll have ?? As you can see in the pic he is lacking a little, but seems it is coming in more and more each day or is it just me ??

It's not just you.....it is coming in everyday. I recently posted a similar question about my BCM roo asking if he will ever get more coppering because he was basically black. Well now a couple weeks later I swear its he has more copper everyday.

you won't even know it's the same bird when he is nine or ten months old. He will be gorgeous!
