I don't know what the black crustys spots are on their comb? A couple have runny poop. Think they need deworming? Suggestions?

The crusty spots on the head could be scabs. A picture could help. What color is the running droppings? They could need worming, since it is the wet season.

Poop kinda looked like warm caramel. There wasn't any in the coop tonight for a pic. I have noticed the poop for several days now.
