Black French Copper Marans Hen??

Has any ever had a french copper marans feather out like this? She was hatched from a super dark egg, that is supposed to be a PURE French Copper Marans. Any thoughts?

I hatched it from some eggs I bought. Both parents are black copper marans. According to the breeder....
