Black Jersey Giants or not?

Bought these along with a bunch of other chicks. They are supposed to be Jersey Giants but, 6 months later, they are still smaller than all the other hens.

It is normal for Jerseys to seem smaller than other breeds at first (again, my experience) since they seem to grow a good sized skeleton first, then fill it out later. jerseys can take up to 18 months to reach their full weight.
