Black Laced Lavender or lavender laced black?

You can not make black laced lavender but, if you add dun-factor to a well laced blue andalusian you could get a color that would look like chocolate laced lavender (in theory).

actually lavender is not diluted black. blue is diluted black and they look the same but geneticly is not.
to have both on one bird in solid color, not sure if that would change the look except it could be a lighter blue as lavender I think is a diluting gene.

Incorrect. There are several genes that dilute black pigment. Blue is one; lavender in another; dun is a third; choc is a fourth; smoky is a fifth. All of these have somewhat different appearances; although, some can be confused. More than one black dilution can be in the same bird.

What if i used a well laced blue sumatra with a lavender phoenix? or instead of lav, maybe dun?

You could have a bird carrying any of the dilution genes at the same time buy they may all work at the same time and make the bird look different. The the color called Platinum as in Platinum Sumatras have both Dun and Andusian blue in them and makes them look a little different than the two genes they are comprised of. So yes you could have Choc and Lav in the same bird.

So what would the birds look like if i croosed a nice blue laced blue sumatra to a lavender phoenix or a dun sumatra to a lavender phoenix? Could i croos the offspring back to the lav phoenix and make them phoenixs again eventually yet keeping there color? What about making a lav sumatra

would you cross the lav phoenix to the black sumatra and get lav split and breed the offspring to each other and then take that offspring and breed them back to the black sumatras? AHHHHHH im soo excited

crossing to lav in the first generation is visually the same as crossing to black. So crossing blue to lav will give you half blue and half black F1s but all will be carrying on copy of Lav. Crossing Dun to Lav would be give half Dun and half Black, all again carrying one copy of lav.

And yes you are on the right track about the crossings working towards Lav Sumatras but it will take a while.
