Black Leghorn?

I was told this was a black leghorn pullet in April at 4 months of age. Now I know that it is a rooster and I'm questioning whether it is a leghorn, too. What do you think? He is very large, with black earspots and dark legs (black and gray).

Thanks for the input.The ear and leg color are what got me questioning what I have. An astraloup, huh? I will have to remember not to trust whatever the seller tells me.

Same boat: Neighbor gave me a "pullet black Andalusian" that grew up to be a cockerel black leghorn!

How did you conclude it's a black leghorn and not a black andalusian?
Black leghorns aren't easy to come by.
