black orpington not laying?

I have one black orpington she layed almost every day last month then a couple of weeks ago i found my other black orpington dead wich use to be her friend then shes never layed since. I was just wondering if this could have stopped her laying?

Yes, stress can make them quit laying. Give her a couple weeks and she should start back up.
