What if I bribe you for some of those lavender eggs that everyone seems to be getting

I messaged you Cara.

Jkp, all breeding pens have been broken down , the only one we have paired now is Lester in with split blacks, He just came off his molt and we just started getting fertile eggs again from him and his ladies, he's a bit slow that boy...

So it will be awhile before or if we offer any of those. we want to hatch some out first which we have some in the bator now and have some time left before the results from them. will keep you in mind..

Lots & lots of cull project lavender roo's and possibly some mottled roo's will also be available come late spring early summer.. something for many to keep in mind, we want them out there. it don't really matter who gets them just so there out there..first folks to have a chance at them will be original buyers of the splits and some that have asked early on in the project phase..

Thanks
Charlie

To save folks some time and effort in their search: The last time I was in contact with Jim Cox, he said he no longer has his birds due to his and his wife's health issues.

Hope this info is helpful.

Rusty

ditto, i was told it would a long while,

[what is wrong with an orp. has yellow legs name="sara" url="/t/128940/black-orpington#post_1570322"]I'd still suggest going to the breed club, buy your Orpingtons from someone that knows something about them, who owns birds, and can tell you all about the bloodlines.  You want to start with the best birds you can afford/aquire.  Save yourself a lot of headaches /img/smilies/smile.png

Be careful with Sandhill birds, I've heard yellow legs pop up, I got one myself with that issue, so she has to go.. /img/smilies/smile.png
