Black ring around Pecking Ducks' necks

Something horribly wrong with my pecking ducks. At first I thought it was some sort of predator attack. Getting a black ring around their necks with loss of feathers and swelling around eyes. Having a miserable mosquito outbreak due to extreme moisture cuz of storms. At first thought it might be due to mosquito harassment. The male duck seems to be recovering from it and has had it the longest. Always left guessing as to what's wrong with my animals and never seem to be able to get answers. Want to spray to retreat the mosquitoes but scared as to whether I might poison my animals. Caught between potentially poisoning my animals or them dying from some sort of weird disease.

Looks like it's getting over mated. I would remove some males, or separate them out. What's your ratio? Male to female?

One male to three females. Only have four ducks. Males got sick first and seems to be on the mend. Now the three females are getting whatever is going on. I am considering bringing them in at night to get them away from the mosquito. I feel like Cletus from Mayberry. I have chickens and ducks in my house. I have had these ducks for at least half a year. The male for nearly two years. Trying to think, what's changed. Something else I read said poisoning, somehow. They have not been anywhere besides my side or front yard. Other than maybe poop contamination somehow. I change their pool once to twice a week.

Ducks generally are hardy and don't get diseases often, so I'm not familiar with anything that might cause these symptoms. Hopefully someone else had an idea.

They have been fine up to a month ago. I thought of something else. What would be the effects of pool water on ducks? I didn't let them swim in the pool, but what if they played in spill over? I would understand the puffy eyes in that case, but the blackening of feathers, ring around the neck, and loss of feathers? I am going to change their water and try bringing them in at night. Just separate them from as many variables as I can. If anyone else reads and has additional ideas 💡 Keep em coming. I am just guessing.

I wouldn't restrict them from clean water. Can you separate them? The one still looks like wounds to me. What does their night pen look like? Do you have rats? I had rats eat the head off of a duckling. They seem to go for the neck on ducks. Otherwise do you see them picking on each other?

Here's a link to some common duck diseases to look out for, wish I could be more helpful,

Do you have Veterycin spray for wounds and infections? Or Banixx? Either would be good to use and I would def keep the one that’s the worst away from the drake. Just so he doesn’t make this worse by grabbing skin instead of feathers. If you have a vet maybe have the vet look at this one that looks the worst. Poor thing looks miserable.

Hi! we don't know where you are so... here goes: If you are in the deep South or further south.. that could be "grub" with fly strike... If you are up North, that could be a weasel or mink attack with possible fly strike added.
Please try to clean them thouroughly, clipping down the feathers, look carefully into the holes, if you believe it's grubs or maggots, you can spray on invermectin or pyrethrum fly spray, then the antibiotic.
