black scabs OMG! Now what

My poor boy Willy now has all kinds of black scabs on his comb, Lost feathers on the back of his head, now on his chest and around his rear end some sore spots on his feet. He is a feather footed. Yesterday I looked all over him and did not see anything that looked like a mite. I was thinking for sure it was from my other 2 boys as they were fighting with him, I did catch them beating the heck out of him, so I put him in a hutch by his self. Today the black was worse, I bathed him in dog flea and tick shampoo, also I have been putting Neosporin on him and the other 2 boys. So far there is nothing on my girls. I cleaned the pen, hutches and disinfected all. What else can I do? I am going to feed store tomorrow to find some kind of dust. Does any one know what is best to use? Please Help!

Poor Willy! I have a feeling that he's getting picked on and the spots are scabs. Maybe you should search the forum for posts about pox just in case. That can cause black scabs. What makes you think it is mites?

I found mites on him today, and I bathed him in dog flea and tick shampoo I put antibiotic on all the raw and black spots, He is feather footed and he had some feathers missing and it looked really red and sore. I just went out and checked him again, he is hanging in there. I was able to catch Big Red, checked him over I am sure he has mites also (white) I could not catch Mr.Peep, so I will try again when they go to roost. What a day!!! I have been checking the Forum for any help I can get. All have been really great. Thank You to all that have posted.
