black sex link in need help

Hi can anyone help me. Can I use my light sussex rooster in a black sex link??? Need to know before I purchase some barred rock hens. Has anyone tried this and what did they turn out like?

Um...You can breed any pair chickens of chickens or group of chickens. Whatever you get the offspring will share charateristics of the parents. You can even cross the barred rocks you might buy.
