The black sex-link chicks in your picture are definitly pullets. The cockerel chicks would have a white/yellowish spot on the top of their heads.

That is ABSOLUTLY POSITIVLY a Pullet. Start checking your nest boxes. Sexlinks are bred to mature fast and can easily start laying at 15 weeks. That is one of their other selling points (you know other than sexing by color and productivity)
