I got my first small flock of chicks 4 weeks ago. 2 are buff Orpington, 2 silver lace Wyandotte’s and 2 are supposed to be barred rock.... which they are not. I need help figuring out what they are! I was thinking black sexlinks? I got the lm from runnings chick days. I was also thinking copper Marans but they don’t have feathers in their feet. Any ideas?

2 Questions: I bought what I thought were 2 Black Sex Links but their legs are yellow, not black like the one in the picture above. Question 2, how can you tell they are pullets at that age? Newbie here and first post.
The black sex link pullets have colored breast feathers.

Have pictures of the yellow legged chicks?

Here's a black sex link hen, they can be black with orange leakage in the neck hackles too. Image from internet.

Males would be barred with orange leakage, male chicks will have head spots.

I'll take some pics and post them later. Don't have any good shots right now. I bought 3 Barred Rocks, 3 Ameracaunas, 2 Rhode Island Reds, And the 2 Black sex links. Thank you for the response!!
Okay, will be looking forward to see pictures of the chicks.
You're welcome.

Yep, black sex-links, they're also pullets.
How are they with laying eggs and temperament? I have small children so I didn’t want aggressive chickens which is why I had originally picked the barred rocks because I heard they are docile. Also the bigger one (last 2 pictures aka poppy) has white under her face but is starting to get red around her neck... still a pullet? I was a little worried because her legs are super thick and I heard that’s a sign of a cockerel? I’m new so I obviously don’t know if that’s true
