Black silkie hen has impacted crop

So yesterday i was in the coop and inspecting all of my silkies and when I felt shadows crop it felt full-ish and the size of a golf ball, i assumed she just ate and didn't worry about it until the next day i felt it again and I never saw shadow eating but drinking water occasionally and her crop felt more like a tennis ball and full. Someone please instruct me on what to do thanks

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. If it still has food/water or is large, then begin treating according to the article linked below.
