Black Sores on rooster's feet

I have tried treatment for bumblefoot (neomyicin) and treatment for mites (vaseline, castor oil) also soaking in magnesium sulfate baths, These sores are like warts, but black on inside, black on top. Has anyone had something like this and suggest treatment?

I think he has feathered feet and his feet are getting picked.
