I have seen posts about spots ON the skin post butcher but I found a pea sized black spot in the breast meat of my turkey. He was HUGE at processing time, 40 lb fully dressed, but I want to make sure its good to eat. Organs looked good and he behaved and ate right to the end. Any ideas? I am cooking him today.
