Black spots and dirty vent feathers. Help!

I found black spots on my 15 month old Californian white hen. Only noticed today, and there seems to be one spot on every pore. No other symptoms other than a dirty vent. Is this an illness? I haven't had much experience with chickens, please help!

Looks like dirt on the face, you can just wipe it off.

Give her bottom a good washing up to remove poop buildup.
