Black spots on comb: possibly spreading...?

I took a few photos of my Easter Egger a few days ago. She had one black spot that I thought was a dried blood mark. But today I noticed she had a few more smaller spots here and there. What could it be?

I have 5 birds and this one of the 2 younger girls.

Yeah i think this must be pecking order stuff...

Mine had a similar somewhat large black spot a few weeks ago -- and just as soon as I noticed it, it was gone. Winnie is low hen on the pecking order so I think it was from that. She seems fine otherwise....
