I have a Rode Island Red who has become withdrawn & just sits in a shaded place with her eyes closed and faces the corner.. She's not eating or drinking.. I noticed yesterday that her comb has started getting black like blisters or spots.. None of my other girls have any spots.. I checked for mites and she's clean.. I thought she was just scarred at first because earlier this week a fox got into our coop 2 nights in a row & killed 3 of our little chicks.. It's now been almost 4 days since the last time the fox got in the coop.. We're in transition of coops so I have been moving them inside our storage building at night till we get the new coop finished.. What do I need to do? Should I be concerned? Any type of treatment that would help? Please help!!!

Please post in full detail and photo if possible at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures, " thread I think maybe your bird has "fowl pox." You can also put that in the search box and see what comes up.
