Black star hens crossed with black mix breed rooster possible results?

So ignoring Darcy's mom what would be the result of a cross between Darcy and my black star hens?

I always thought this chick was a hen... But now that I know barred hens only produce barred roosters this one is definitely a rooster in disguise

I'm no genetics expert by any means. (Only here doing my own similair research, haha). But black seems to be a pretty dominate trait. I'd guess your babies would be mostly black. In my experience, black x black = black.

I have a black BYM rooster named Charcoal. He looks similair to yours, and his mom even looks similiar to your blue hen as well. She's a Rhode Island Blue (aka Blue Australorp cross) and she has the silver leakage like your hen does. My rooster's dad was a red orpington. Charcoal has produced 100% black babies when bred to black, lavender, and silver (SLW) hens. He has produced a mix of black, blue, and silver babies when crossed with blue (w/ silver leakage) hens. He's produced both silver and red chicks when crossed with my Speckled Sussex hen.

I don't really know anything about barring, except I believe that it's a gene that should always present itself (exception being white/silver birds of course). I don't think your guy has the barring gene.
