Has anyone ever seen a Black Australian Swan egg next to a goose egg? Is it colored differently? Is it larger? We have a small "nest" of eggs that could be from our first-timer Australian Swans OR our Cotton Patch Geese. We didn't realize they could look so similar. Plus, the swans haven't built a nest, so we weren't expecting eggs yet. Are we going to have to wait until they hatch to find out, LOL?
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
