black then white spots on hen combs

From what I am reading in the forum - my chickens(all 5) must have the Avian Pox. Is there any treatment for this since I did not vaccinate them for anything. I also have 2 Pekin ducks that share a fenced off area with them. Help! Please.

I have a couple hens and a roo that got pox also. It cleared up on it's own. They'll be immune now. Just like when people get chicken pox. I read it was spread by mosquitos. Backyard Poultry magazine has some more info in their current issue.

The sores looked like black or white scaly hard bumps on the comb and eyes. My roo had one on his toe too. nasty looking. I don't have any pics.
