Gonna try that Chameleon hen tonight for dinner. Wonder if it will be an improvement in taste from reusing the original birds from my original project, since these are free ranged more often.

The Breast Meat was like Turkey, wing meat was sweet.

My sister ate the legs. She says it tasted like a Silkie chicken, which tastes both Gamey, & Sweet.

Meat was tender. I hung the bird for 24hrs like a Pheasant.

Yep, on the right track for flavor. Next is to see how introducing Gamefowl into the genepool changes the flavor, if at all.
