I just baked her. Started her out covered with foil(Shiny Side Down), baked at 400°F for about 10-15 minutes. Turned down to 365°F for an hour, then(Uncover) browned for about another hour.Ooh! I need all the details on how you prepared that, looks tasty...

I basted it during the baking process with it's own juices.
