Bleeding and pussing vent..

My chick has a bleeding and pussing vent.. Dont really think she is old enough to lay yet.. Not really sure what is going on.. PLEASE help

No not so much internal bleeding.. It looks like her whole very is protruding its bloody and has a clear puss.. My daughter seen it when she got home from school it wasnt like that this morning..
