My Cochin's legs and feet are bleeding, it looks like someone is pulling his feathers out on he legs and feet. I removed him from the hens due to the fact that they were pecking at his bleeding toes. I administered a brush on antibiotic for animals, and chickens. I checked him last night and they are still bleeding. I put Blu-Coat on him in case he is picking at his own blood. Any Ideas what is causing this, he has only 1 feather left on his foot. He is a gorgeous Rooster. I would appreciate any help. None of the other hens with him are missing feathers or pecking at their feet. It is painful because he stood on one leg.

That is his picture that I use for my icon.

if their eating feathers. comes from cramped space (usually only occurs in biddies "aka... chicks to most people"), boredom, and lack of calcium
(maybe 1-2 other reasons but cant remember them off hand and thats the usual reasons)
