So about a month ago my flock was swarmed by bees. The roo and one of the hens got it the worst. After a couple weeks of playing Chicken Doctor the rooster and the hen made a great recovery. The roo, Trainwreck, is 100% but now Bootsy, Gold Laced Cochin, is definitely blind in one eye. Her eye has been cloudy ever since the swarm but now it is super cloudy and she just lays around now. She can walk clumsily and makes it up on the roost fine each night but she’s just so sad to see laying on her side all day until she needs to go eat.

It’s her left eye so I know her far sightedness is off so i am just guessing she has no balance. The pupil does not react to light so I believe it is dead. I do not think it’s Marek’s since it’s been cloudy since I pulled at least 6 bee stingers from her eyelid and area. Is there anything I can do to at least make her more comfy or maybe regain sight?

Good eye then bad eye

Poor chicken! I’m not sure if a cloudy eye can be the result of a sting. (I just don’t know)
How is she today?
Do you notice a discomfort in your chicken? Or does she seem to adapt?

If she's lost her sight then it probably won't come back, but they can live with one eye fairly well. She would adapt with some time. It does look swollen. I think I would flush it out well with sterile saline, make sure there is not any debris or pus in there, and then use some terramycin eye ointment in it 2-3 times a day to take care of any bacterial infection that might be going on. Terramycin is available at most Tractor Supply stores (if they have it in stock), picture below. If you can't get that then you can use plain neosporin ointment the same way. That's what I would do, and see if it improves. Make sure she isn't getting picked on by any others since she's having issues. If you give her a mash made with her feed mixed with a bit of water it may encourage her to eat, and a little cooked or scrambled egg is usually liked.
Edit: forgot the picture!
