i have a week old gosling that appears to be blind. He has another gosling with him and they have bonded. Does the blind goose have a chance

Yes he certainly does have a chance! There are a few members on here with blind geese, some alot older than yours and are doing fine. Having one bonded to another is a good start. Always put food and water in the same place everytime, they will map out in their minds the lay out of their pens and can get around just fine.
Lain Utah has a blind goose. Another member has a gosling that hatched with no eyes in early spring and the last i heard it was doing great.
It will do just fine, just dont give up on him.

How can he ever go out on the pond we have
I don't know about a pond I know Iain Utah has her blind goose in a large fenced in area with other handicapped geese. with a kiddy pool. you might want to PM her and talk about what your gosling can and cannot do, she got her goose as a gosling too.
