Blind Hen????

I was told that she was less than 1 year old when I bought her and 6 others, but I have my doubts. She is doing fine now and has made peace with the other hens and roo. She is the first one out of the coop in the morning and she herds them in at night. It's really funny. She always runs up and greets me and talks to me when I pick her up. She lays her daily egg on the floor in the corner. She was a floor sleeper for a while, but she's getting up on the roost now. Her eyesight does seem limited, but she seems to be thriving. She's my favorite... can you tell?

Blind hen ?
I think I too have a blind hen. I feel so bad, she can't find food and water unless she's is isolated and caged from others. Not sure what to do ??
