My young hen tilts her head to the right when she's looking around. She also seems dizzy and unstable. No signs of injury, swelling or infection. She eats and drinks fine. Could she possibly be blind in the one eye? I noticed the head tilt a few weeks ago now I noticed the unsuitably. The others in the flock are fine. She has always been a loner and doesn't hang out with the others. They will pick on her sometimes. Any thoughts?

Could you post a picture of her eyes? Is the eye cloudy, discolored, or is the pupil (black center) the same size and shape as the other? There is also a condition called wry neck that can cause the neck to be held at an odd angle. Does she have any weakness in her legs or wings? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease?
