help my rooster was in a fight with another rooster, he’s free ranged nd a wild one one fought him, my roo is younger. He seems to be blind. His eyes were sealed shut when I got to him. I opened them and his eyes are sollen and liquid filled. I’m draining the liquid and it looks like puss. Pleas help me. Will post pics soon

Wash his eyes out well with saline solution like they sell for contact lens wearers. Then apply a thin coating of neosporin "no pain relief, just plain" to his eyes. It will help with bacteria and keep his eyes from re glueing shut. Once he's clean and the swelling has had a chance to subside then you can acess the damage better.
 
If his eyes are crusted over with puss, you might want to apply warm wet compresses while holding him. You can make saline solution at home or buy it. Take 2 tsp of table salt and dissove in 1 liter/quart of water, simmer for a few minutes, and place in a clean container. Plain Neosporin, Triple Antibiotic, or Terramycin eye ointments are all good to apply to his eyes twice daily after cleaning. If pus in present, you may need to squeeze it out.
