Blinded rooster

Get someone to help you hold. You can find products in the drug store/pharmacy. I don’t know if they have “feed” farm supplies stores in Hawaii like us on the main land. Flushing it with saline and some topical “optic” ointment (without pain relief) will help. Encourage him to drink. Some Apple cider vinegar in his water will help. 1oz (that’s a shot glass) per gallon. If he were mine I’d flush it at least twice a day until you no longer see pus. Wiping his eye gently (towards the outside not into the eye) with a soft warm wash cloth will help but see how it goes his first day or so. Sorry your beautiful boy had to have this happen. If he looses the eye he can still have a fair quality of life if you keep him close to home. Best wishes

Since he is mostly blind until his eyes go down and become clearer (hopefully,) you will need to offer him water and food. Add some water to his usual feed to make it watery, and add some bits of egg, and place him in front of it. Have water right beside it and offer it to him. Keeping him in a small pen or dog crate for a few days would keep him close to food, and keep him from being pecked. Good luck.

Keep him in shade as well. He can go a few days without eating just fine but keep water where he can get at it. He can loose a third of his weight and be OK so do not panic about him not eating for a while. Much the swelling is not the eyes, rather the head itself as much of the wounding is from impacts delivered by rivals wings and pinches from bites. Swelling from those other areas need to go down as well.
