Blister/bump on duckling bill?

This is my baby duck Lucy, she's a month old, and today I noticed a bump on her bill. It looks different from the other "bump" posts on here, so I was wondering if duck people could just take a look? I don't know if I should do anything. Vet is not an option-bird is half pet/half livestock. She's a Pekin, and her bill is wet because the only way I could get her to hold semi-still was to give her a lot of water. Sorry for the picture quality, she's pretty busy! No other symptoms as far as I can see; she lives with two Golden 300s her same age.

It's between hard and firm. I took a second look and I think she was scraping her bill on her feeder. I've never had Pekins before, so I wasn't used to how fast they grow, and I didn't notice that her bill didn't fit in her baby feeder anymore. I updated the feeder so I think she should get better relatively quickly.

If the bump is hard it's likely she is scraping her bill on the feeder; excessive rubbing, can cause proliferation in the cells resulting in a bump. Treatment would be self-explanatory for that.
