One of our 2 year old hens is struggling to walk and it seems like she had some sort of blister like things on her butt under area around were her feathers come out. What could this possible be or what should I do to help her? I’ll try to add a picture in a little
 
Pictures may help. Has she been picked on at all or acting sick up to now? What do her poops look like? Is she eating or drinking anything?

She has seem to have a little gimp for awhile now but when checked out see seemed fine. Kind of like a double jointed pop look when she walked. I was watching them and they look like they are having some runny poops. No she’s not one to get picked on. We also just found one of our girls dead. My husband made a comment about this one not leaving the coop and limping too. We were going to go bring her in the house tonight and that’s when we saw her dead and the other not able to get up and walk. They’ve all had some really dirty butts this year (we’ve had them for 3 years) and we keep checking them and cleaning them.
 
Is there any vent pecking going on, or possibly vent gleet? Do you have a rooster? How much room do they have? If you still have the body, you can keep it cold, but not frozen, in 2 trash bags, and send it in to your state poultry lab in the morning for a necropsy. Here is a list of state poultry vets:

No roster, lots of room, no vent pecking, I don’t think vent glee. Could not freeze her. She must have past some time today and when we got her and went to check her butt she was maggot covered. Adding pictures now of the current hurt one.

Can you post some photos of the whole hen too?
When you were looking at the blisters on this one that's not well, did you happen to notice if any maggots were underneath her poopy feathers?
This time of year FlyStrike can occur and maggots can hatch within 24 hrs or less - the maggots begin to consume healthy and compromised flesh alike. They can kill a chicken in a couple of days if they are not removed.

I couldn't say what's causing the blister like areas - maybe something is biting or stinging the hen? Ants? Spider? Do you notice any bugs crawling around in the feathers?

I'm sorry you lost one, hopefully you can separate this one out for observation and be able to figure out what's happening. I would give her a good wash up, use a gentle soap.

No bugs or maggots. That was the first thing o checked for.
 
Im very sorry that you lost your hen.
Could she have been stung by an assassin bug? They're are variations in them so you could Google to see what they look like in your area.
