Bloated and listless rooster

Our rooster is lethargic and listless. A week ago we started anti-biotics and have supplemented feed with natural yogurt. In base couple of days, he has become bloated and has trouble walking. He drinks well and will eat occasionally but we are seeing him vomit up water and has watery diarrhea . I noticed some other posts reported same symptoms but couldn't find any responses on what this could be or treatment options. Any advice.

Is he bloated all over or just in a certain area? I'm thinking he may have fluid from heart trouble.

If he is worse since starting the antibiotic , I think you should stop giving it. Please do post in full detail on the "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread - photo would also be of help, so we can see his condition rather than just imagine what it is. I hope he can be saved.

Does his crop feel hard or mushy? These are all things that would help diagnose him.
