Bloated chicken

I have a chicken who is terribly bloated, tries to eat and then shakes her head. Not seeing any stool coming from her so I think she may have a blockage. I've read to give her epsom salt flush and it says. 1/2 cup 3 times a day. Has anyone ever done this?
