When I have had hens like yours, I bring them inside, place them in a warm room and cut way back on their feed. Drastically reducing their feed should slow down their repro tract, which will allow the prolapse to heal.

things are now, thank heavens, looking good. No prolapse for four days now. Am checking them both everyday, which I suppose should be done regardless. Onwards and upwards. Thanks again.
