Blood around pipp

I have an egg hatching and it has blood around the pip should I be worried or will she be fine?

Sorry I can't get a picture I'm afraid of her membrane drying while I try to take a picture I don't want her to get cold while she's out of the nest

Although there isn't a tone of blood just a little she chirps and I can feel her move in the egg it's also dried

Ahhh! She tried to hatch but her membrane is stuck on her and she is bleeding all where her membrane tore the membrane I'm not sure about the chick itself but she is still alive and chirping this is an emergency I don't want her to die!



Also a few more chicks hatched fine
