Let the chick push itself out of the shell and make sure at this point you humidity is up..when they help themselves out of the egg, they seem to do better. I had this happen one of the other chicks rolled a smaller egg into a bowl with sponges and cracked it open, it had pipped but was resting and same thing quite a bit of blood..that was the only time that ever happened to me..I didnt panic and let it alone for several hours, then helped pull back membrane and shell but put it back in..about 5 hours later the chick came out..gave a bit of sugar water due to blood loss. nut just waiting helped a lot so it could finish absorbing blood and yolk..it was a bit scarey because all of the others had hatched and that one was still kicking around..must have been in a cooler spot in incubator,,
