Blood in beak?

It may just be normal coloration that is changing as she gets older. If she's eating and drinking okay, it doesn't feel like a crack, and she's behaving normally, I don't think I would worry about it. But I could check on you in the morning and if you are still worried we could ask some folks who are more experienced than I to have a look.
Thank you! I just don’t want to not do something for her if it is a problem.

Easter Eggers are kind of a "mutt" breed, no telling what's in their genetic makeup, so she could be very different from any of the others in your flock. I love mine, by the way, have had EE for years. Great birds. Calling it a night, see you tomorrow 😊

Did she hurt herself or is this normal?

Hey I see the same in my Adult rooster once it's the Injury inside the internal layer of beak . It will heal and shed .
My rooster stuck his beak in cardboard box he got a scar in the sides of his beak .
It fades away with time . mainly happen when they peck hard on something

She hurt it a little. Ever bend your fingernail the wrong way or hit it and it felt like it turned the wrong way?
She may have got it caught in the feeder, fencing, etc. I've had it happen, she'll be fine. Might be sore for a few days, but I would leave it be, it will heal.
