Blood in ducklings stool

We just got 3 baby ducklings two days ago to add to our flock. One of them started having bloody stools tonight. Enough to saturate the bedding in the brooder. Any one have experience with this? Duckling is 5 days old and seems fine other wise.

Great!! It had blood in its stool for three days. I separated it and it stopped on its own. It is eating and drinking regularly. Thanks for checking!!
