Blood In Yolk. What To Do?

Had an egg that wife thought had blood in yolk. Is that a sign of anything bad or is it not really blood? It broke when put in pan along with 5 others that did not break. I have a flock of 14 layers.

I'm guessing that all the birds look healthy, and this little spot of blood is the only concern. It happens sometimes. you can just catch the blood with the sharp edge of the shell and remove it.
